I have so much hair dye in my hair, I think it’s time to start again.
I’m going to buy some Colour B4 and see if it does it’s magic on my hair.
A while ago I had a full head of bleach. I then got low lights to blend the roots with my hair. I then dyed my hair with John Frieda permanent precision foam colour Deep Cherry Brown. I then tried, and failed, to get my hair to go and shades lighter without using bleach (as my hair is very dry from previous bleach application) with John Frieda permanent precision foam colour Extra Light Natural Blonde and then Dark Natural Blonde. Yes, my hair is slightly lighter than before I started but it’s by no means any shade of blonde.
The next step is to use hair colour removal, Colour B4. I’ve read that if you’ve had a silicon based hair colour, the hair colour removal wont work as well (if you’ve used hair straighteners on your hair). I’ve also read that if you’ve used hair colour with red in it, this will have stained your hair so you may be left with orange hair. You also cannot use permanent hair colour for the next 4 weeks. Despite all of this, I am going to do it anyway. It seems the only way for me to get lighter hair without bleaching my hair again, which would likely lead to all of my hair breaking and falling off.
Before I start this treatment, I’m going to leave in a really good conditioner overnight, every night for a week. This should hopefully give my hair back some life.
